How Sweetly Works
Sweetly offers a relocation-like service to any homeseller. We evaluate your home using comparable sales, appraisals, tax information, etc. Once we know the value of your home, we'll offer to buy and resell it for you. Our process lets you sell without ever showing the home you live in and because we just resell it, you get to select the moving date that works best for you. Your home is resold on the open market thereby ensuring that it sells at market value. We pay 75% of anticipated value on your chosen moving day and once we're able to resell the home at market value, we pay you the balance of your equity, less our fee (currently 6.75% of selling price).
